Paulina Šperková

  • "I studied law in Krakow, Tilburg, and Kiev. I graduated from the Academy of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University. I manage the Polish branch office of the V4 Group, where I'm responsible for our firm’s legal practice.
  • I've been providing legal assistance to Slovak and Czech businesses for many years. The choice was quite natural because my husband is Slovak. I found a lucrative market gap for lawyers and tax advisors who speak languages that are not as commonly used, and can help clients to get familiar with local regulations of the Central European countries. Michal Jelínek

  • Michal Jelínek graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he completed the doctorate in Finance in 2012. Following his MA graduation he joined Ernst & Young and subsequently BDO Tax.
  • From 2012 Michal Jelínek is a partner of a consultancy group V4 Group and, at the same time, an executive director of V4 Audit, s.r.o. (CZ), V4 Tax, s.r.o. (CZ), V4 Tax, s.r.o. (SK) and V4 Group, Kft. (HU), which are the V4 Group companies specializing in providing tax consultancy services.
  • Michal’s specialism in international taxation, tax planning and transfer pricing. Most recently he is focusing on cryptocurrency trading transactions taxation.
  • His articles are regularly published in professional journals and he often comments on current issues in the field of accounting and tax. He lectures at the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, the Industrial Property Office and a number of other organizations. He occasionally lectures at the Faculty of Economics at Vysoká škola Báňská – Technical University Ostrava (VŠB-TUO).

Dawid Widzyk

Magdalena Sławińska-Rzemek

She is a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors in Poland and a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors for her 6th term.

JUDr. Mária Hanuliaková

  • I see advocacy as a mission – helping and looking for solutions even where it seems impossible and lost. Everything new presents a challenge and motivation to me. Appreciation and gratitude of clients bring most satisfaction to me.
  • I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. I already began gaining practical knowledge through internship in law firms, AK PRESPERINOVA, s.r.o. and AKSK, s.r.o. After graduating from the university, I focused on the field of bankruptcy law and law of restructuring and worked in HMG Recovery, k.s., an asset management company. Later, I worked at V4 Legal, s.r.o., where I started as a trainee lawyer, later as a senior lawyer, and I currently work as a managing partner and a lawyer.
  • In my legal practice, I specialise in the fields of commercial and civil law, especially the area of commitments, corporate law – mergers, acquisition, including property law, bankruptcy law and law of restructuring.
  • I am also an insolvency trustee registered in the Register of Insolvency Trustees of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. I communicate with my clients in Slovak, English and Polish.

Ing. Lenka Hýblerová

  • Ing. Lenka Hýblerová graduated from the Technical University. After completing her studies, she passed the exams as a tax and accounting specialist as part of a retraining course. In 1999, she founded the company D.U.K. H&C s.r.o. as the majority owner. The company under her management has received very good reviews for its activities over the years. In 2018, the company joined the V4 Group.

Jan Chiotellis

  • Jan graduated in law and legal science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. After passing the state examinations, he became a trainee lawyer in 2022. During his studies he gained valuable experience during a two-semester internship at the Czech Centre in Athens, where he developed his experience in diplomacy and international relations. He also helped to organize projects for youth within the Center for Political Studies, z. s.
  • Jan's legal practice focuses primarily on corporate law, litigation in international sales of goods, administrative law and intellectual property law, particularly trademarks. Jan also assists foreign clients with entering the Czech market, especially in the e-commerce sectors. Jan is gradually gaining valuable experience in other areas of law under the guidance of experienced attorneys, including in criminal law, where he represents clients during investigations and court proceedings.
  • Jan Chiotellis speaks English at a professional level, has a basic knowledge of Greek, and holds an international diploma in French at B2 level. He is also currently actively learning Polish in order to be able to communicate better with his Polish clients.

Viktor Kubuš

  • Viktor studied law at the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where he graduated in 2012. In 2014 - 2016 Viktor completed additional studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
  • After graduating in 2012, Viktor worked at law office Kadlubiec, Starzyk and Partners, s.r.o., where he worked as a lawyer and then as a junior associate. Viktor has been working at V4 Group since 2022.
  • Viktor's significant experience includes providing comprehensive legal advice to foreign companies entering the Czech market in the field of e-commerce, providing operational advices in the field of employment law, contractual law and company law, legal assistance in connection with the sale of medical companies, as well as the implementation of GDPR and other legal regulations in significant manufacturing companies and other companies.
  • Viktor's legal practice focuses mainly on commercial law, contract law, employment law, law of non-profit organizations and, with regard to his experience, Corporate Compliance development of in-house legislation and personal data protection law.
  • Viktor is fluent in Slovak, Czech and English and also speaks Polish at a comprehension level.

Hana Ferraris

  • Hana studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň, from which she graduated in 2001, and went on to study at the University of Huddersfield and the University of Hertfordshire. In 2008 she was appointed as Solicitor for England and Wales. Hana spent over ten years supporting multi-disciplinary teams of multinational industrial companies with her main focus on commercial, corporate, intellectual property and contract law and, in particular, negotiating and reviewing customer and supplier agreements. Since 2023 Hana works in V4 Group. With regard to her extensive experience in the environment of international corporations including in times of their restructuring, Hana has gained experience in real estate transactions, transactions relating to the sale of a plant or its parts or sale of a business share. Her experience also extends to law governing property/real estate, both regarding a sale or leasing of the property. As part of her practice, Hana also deals with litigation and assists clients in criminal law matters.
  • Hana Ferraris spent a significant part of her legal practice in the United Kingdom and then in Czech subsidiaries of foreign parent companies with both Czech and foreign clientele. In addition to drafting and reviewing international contracts, she has assisted foreign management teams with understanding the Czech legal system and selecting appropriate solutions to their requirements in various commercial and compliance areas of law.
  • Hana is fluent in English and is proficient in reviewing English written legal documents, English legal terminology and English law concepts.

Michal Groborz

  • Michal is an absolvent the University of Economics in Ostrava in 2004. (Vysoká škola Báňská) He gained his previous experience in an Ostrava auditing company and since 2008 he has been an auditor registered in the list of auditors maintained by the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. Since 2018, he has been a senior partner at V4 Audit and is responsible for a 3-member team.
  • His practice focuses on statutory audits of financial statements of commercial and manufacturing companies of many industries, he also has experience in audits of financial statements of non-business entities (including universities) and state-owned enterprises, issuers of listed securities, as well as audits of subsidy projects. He is a specialist in consolidations and corporate transformations and carries out due diligence reviews. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.

Jacek Bajson
